He was definitely referring to natural causes when the old age thing some how got out. Bad terminology as many people like myself became Confused on that wording. I also agree that if this goes through(closing date Dec. 31st) and they take data for say 3 or 4 years and figure well it is not hurting anything then they will want to open it even longer. Then years down the road who knows it may be open year round possibly. Have to agree politics must be playing a role and if it isn't broke why fix it.
