The problem with stocking the Tigers is probably going to be the cutthroat. The Nounan and Thomas Fork areas of the Bear River have the best fluvial (spawn in streams & return to the river)Cutthroat populations. That is the area right above Alexander. There is no barrier to migration up and down of the cats, carp or any other fish like the TMuskies that they put in there. I don't think they will consider putting larger preditors in there, but I could be wrong.
