alexander problem?

pelicans are already on alexander I have seen them a few times while fishing and while using the golf corse right there as well... Ok even if big fish cost them to much to stock then why not put say more bass and trout inparticuler in there because once say the bas reaces juvinal size they become very hungry and will eat anything sure once there full grown they still will not eat a big carp... Another reason I say muskie a full grown muskie will and can eat big carp..... But if they can't aford it then what ever. They still ned to do somthing rather it's have open season on carp on the bear river system or gill netting or start putting large preditors or just more preditors they need to do somthing
