In my mind a poaching incident is no different. Give the guy the shot to go through the process and better himself.
In the end we can only get better by the mistakes that we make.

With that said, If they are found guilty...... they should be punished to the full amount that the law can. People break laws due to the slap on the wrists as a consequence. If the law is a real big penalty people are less likely to break it.[/quote]
