Dude,

What can I say? You caught me! How about, I thought it was a dove? That doesn't work either since dove season hasn't started. Would you believe, Bud tried to fetch it? Got the shock of his life! The inhabitants of the craft now think this planet is inhabited by dogs. Not far off, come to think of it.
