Yep just park on the shoulder of the road.. and the road isn't wide at all...don't block the gates or park in front of the fire hydrant and you'll be okay. We use that access point often...easy trek on and off the ice slight downward trail on and slight upward coming off...
Probably one of the easiest access points for ice fish'n but you will have to hike out onto the ice a ways as that area is shallow plus there is a submerged long/wide sand bar island that just started showing in November.
This island gets hit often during the summer/fall (depending how fast they let water out) as folks not familar with PV and the island won't know it's there...TRUST ME as we've seen numerous Power Squadron boaters flying by and all of a sudden theres a strange motor noise and basically they come to a screeching stop and raise their engines to inspect...jump out of the boat to be in ankle deep water 100 yards off the main shoreline....oh, oh.... [shocked][shocked]
