Take I-15 all the way to 12th Street in Ogden. Turn right take this all the way up through Ogden Canyon. Hang a left at the dam...go over dam follow road to the Port Ramp couple miles maybe. Turn right into the Port Ramp its accessible by vehicle...little bumpy in the main lot from the packed snow...launch sled from here. Ramp has snow on it and on the shorelines for the sled. Ice is plenty safe 8-9" but don't go way back in the bays as the rivers are running into PV and theres OPEN WATER...everywhere else no issues...Have fun and catch them fishies. [
