] We pay to use almost everything these days in one form or another. Friggin LB has parking meters everywhere and it will get worse.

Oh well, life goes on right. I can't wait until they require non-powered vessels like float tubes or kayaks to be registered. One more way to sqeeze more money out of Californians.
They even require people fishing off the shore,rocks,etc to have a sportsfishing license. But not the piers? Why you ask? Taxes. You are already paying to use that pier, plus they get you on parking too. [mad]
