So, let me get this straight. This is the following list of things that can be done to improve DC, and for that matter any other lake in the state. (because the DWR and all other states do everything much better)

1. We need to defecate in the lake.

2. We need to deworm all of the fish.

3. We need to plant millions and millions of shad everywhere. Planting shad will improve the fishing, solve the budget deficit, help find Osama bin Laden, and solve the immigration issue.

4. We need to plant more fingerling trout, no wait, we need to plant less trout. Hmmm maybe wait on that one.
