White bass at Deer Creek
#77
Those waters have historically been chemically treated for chubs, suckers and shiners and then been stocked with trout for a period of years and then treated when the forage fish take off again. These fish eat fish for a living and have done a great job in New Castle on the golden shiners. They are a great sport fish and taste great to. They also are sterile so they can be used in a variety of places where we have native species concerns.
