[cool]I don't have a smoker yet, but am hoping to get one this summer and the one I've been lusting over for years is just the Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker. From what I've read, it is by far the best cooker for the money to make world-class southern BBQ. I would be using this one for ribs, pork shoulder (Boston Butts), brisket, chicken, turkey, tri-tip, etc.
That said, I think I'd want to get a 2nd one (electric) exclusively for smoking fish like the one Old Coot has or TubeDude's.
