I had a chance to fish Clear Lakes pond at the Buhl country Club on Saturday. The weather was O.K. alot nicer than Idaho Falls, even with a little snow and a few rain drops. The fishing was not so hot. I fished it really hard for about three hours in the morning and only marked two fish on my fishin buddy. More hungry Pelicans than fish that's for sure. It was still nice to get out in the float tube in some warmer water (48 degrees). I did get to meet Deshka in person and pick up his old Fenwick he wanted repaired. He really seemed to be a great guy and I'll be glad to get his rod fixed up. It really speaks for the quality of folks here on BFT.
