Just remember to stay on your side of the road when approaching hills. Most of the way you can see the road for a few hundred yards, but there are a few unpaved spots where you can't clearly see if another vehicle is approaching from the opposite direction. Since there are no markings on the unpaved stretches, people tend to drive in the middle to avoid sliding into the ditch. The last thing you want is a head-on collision.
I was driving towards the dam earlier this year and came over the top of the first little hill, and someone was driving up the hill in the middle of the road coming the other way. Luckily he had enough time to move over. If he had been at the top of the hill, he would have hit me for sure.
