I don't have any experience with Snap Beans, but I really like Daiwa SC Shiners. They're small, have a more elongated body shape, and they suspend. They have all run true as well. I've caught lots of bass and trout on them as well as panfish. I've also done well with Bass Pro Shops' Micro Light crank, though the hooks are pretty flimsy and get mangled if you catch a decent bass. The smaller Rebel crayfish cranks have been killer on smallmouth at times. I really love fishing tiny cranks on light tackle, and it's surprising the size of fish you can sometimes catch. Tiny jerkbaits too. I caught a nice 3.5- 4lb largemouth on a little Matzuo Nano Minnow jerkbait my final trip of the year last year.[inline 19.JPG]
