Spoke to an angler yesterday who told me he normally fly fishes the Logan, but since it was too high - he came down to try a community pond. Can be fun practice - with fresh stockings.
I'd heard the let off from Porcupine was really clear. Saw some episodes of fishn shows where they'd jig plastics UP rapid runnoffs, and drop down through the seems.
I hit a spot across from the Ropes course below first dam last spring - pitched some spinners, and minnow swimbaits, and was getting hits. Hard to land them when you have to retrieve across that hard current. But - tugs.
I'm sure you could still work the dam areas. Good luck.
