Logan River or general area?

I fished Blacksmith Fork today, the river is pretty dang high and muddy. I had the best luck up on the dam. Didn't see any bugs on top but it was pretty cold and rainy all day. I caught about a dozen in an hour, nothing big, all browns between 12-14 inches. Size 20-22 nymphs was what worked for me, pretty weird they can see semething that small in that colored what. I tried fishing a few spots on the river but it was pretty dang tough. Logan River is high and muddy as well, I fished second dam and didn't do anything, went up to third and landed 6 fish in an hour as well, all the same size though.
