lip rippin' good time @ Government Wash

hit the lake @ about 7:30 chummed up the area with a dozen or so carp chum balls when we got there the water was quiet about 30 minutes later whooop wifes pole is in the water my son goes in after it, sets the hook and snaps it off. then my pole goes off seconds later, snap fish off this happens a few times before we actually get a solid hook up. my son caught 2 nice 2-3lb channels and a carp 4-5lb, my daughter got her biggest fish ever this carp was over 7lbs i had to help her land it. my wife ended up with a decent striper about 2lbs on my rod i was too far away, and a carp about 5lbs, and i ended up with a dink striper, and 3 carp from 2-6lbs, all in all we ended up with 10 fish and lost about 7, these fish are drag burnin mud doggin S.O.B.'S. lol it was a great day on the water off the water @ five, sooo sun burnt, many many people out there today from bankies to hot rodder jet skiers as usual. check out some of my pictures

on a side note: those carp chum balls are off the chain (thanx telbone!!) there were carp flopping all around the area i chummed, we got bit on almost every cast for about 4 hours.
