I fished Lake Lowell this afternoon. Water temps ranged from 54 up to 63 in some spots. Fishing was very good for me. I'm not sure how anyone else did, for I saw very few boats or fishermen. I caught 17 LM Bass with a 17', an 18", and a 19" fish. All these fish were caught on a Swimming Senko in blue pearl/silver flake. The bait has something to do with the success, but where and how I was fishing had more to do with it.
I have been having fair to good fishing every day, but the wind and cold fronts have hurt catches several days in the past week. Tomorrow should be the best day so far this year.
