I didn't do as well this afternoon as I had hoped. I caught quite a few fish, but the big ones were missing. My best fish was 14". Water temps varied from 54 on the main lake to 63 back on the flats. My best bait today was an old timer that a few might remember - the Hawaiian Wiggler. It is the best spinner type swim jig I have found for use on Lake Lowell. About 10-15 years ago I caught a 6.5 pound LM about 200 yards from my front door on a Hawaiian Wiggler, so I have a soft spot for it. This is what is looks like:
