My thoughts on this are that it's too bad. I wonder if there's anything that could be done to convince them otherwise. After all there are already a bajillion other places to catch planted rainbows in this state. Maybe after they do the netting they'll find out how emaciated the leftover planters are and how few smaller year classes are left. Because thats what those planters gorge on in the winter until there's no food left.
