Sweet! Nice job, Joni.
How long are your new oars?
I thought you had a rear deck on your Renegade?
Not sure how you attached the aluminum "stick" to the cam strap. I can't see through to the other side [
] Does the backside rub against the boat?
I took my Escape out Saturday and fished in a Crappie tournament. I also have the LiteSpeed oars, must have rowed 6 miles. It's a big lake and when the wind comes up, well, let's put it this way, I had to row constantly against the wind and current to get back to my launch point. If I stopped rowing I'd lose ground.
I didn't realize how much I needed the exercise. I felt terrific since I woke up Sunday morning. Love my boat!
I would think you could put your FF head on another glued-on Scotty like you've installed fore and aft.
If I remember, I think you said you have a trailer you use for the Scaddens?
I used to put my 15 ft long kayak on Yakima bars on my VW beetle. Thinking about doing it again with my Scadden. I know what you mean by a small car and the lack of usable space, a boat takes up all the room. I'm surprised there's room for Baxster [
