Yes they are Ron. As far as glue, The glue we got is a two part and made for PVC.
Not too hard though. Clean really well with MEK. Then sand it to scuff it up both patch and outlined spot on boat. Mix the epoxy then let it tack up, then stick. It got easier, but a little scary if you know what I mean. If you are off, you got either a sticky spot or a mess.
I only added the back two, the boat has three on each side.
These new patches also work for the Scotty Fish Finder mount and the Scotty anchor system.
