LOL, you got me. I was fairly certain. If you look at the picture below, they look almost identical. There are types of snakeheads that are the exact coloration as well. Interesting...
And yes, the fish in the picture i posted is a Spanish Mackerel. Good job. As for the characterisitic unique to Spanish Mackerel, it's the black spot on the front of it's dorsal fin. King and Cero mackerel do not have that mark, only Spanish. Many people keep undersized King Mackerel thinking they are spanish mackerel, as juvinile KIngs look nearly identical, spots and all.
