i do use the three way swivel. I usually have the sinker about a foot below the first hook then the second hook is about a foot above that. I usually use two different colors of plastics so that I can see which is working the best. Also this type of rigging gets the fish in the different levels of water column as well. Sometimes I catch fish on the top and not the bottom and visa versa.
