I tried repeatedly to get in on the survey but never made it... The ONLY suggestion I have would be to allow the archery fishing crowd the same courtesy that the spearfishermen have....a season! And lower the wiper limit to 2, 3 or 4, but NOT 6 or 10 or whatever high number they are now. Just my opinion.
I hope this counts.
