It was pretty cool to see them wasn't it. The guys I work with keep telling me to cook them cajan and they buy a crayfish spice mix on line that they put in the water and then just boil them alive until they turn red. They tell me you have to suck all the stuff out of the head it's supposed to be the best part. But I'm sort of gullible so not sure I trust that. Good luck and let me know how it turns out. J
