We cooked up about 50 crawdads tonight. Potatoes, carrots, baby corn, salt, and two boxes (4 bags) of the crab boil spices from Walmart. Boiled for 20 minutes or so over a propane burner, threw in the crawdads after rinsing them and boiled for another 15 minutes, and then a bag of frozen shrimp for 5-7 more minutes. All finished pretty perfectly.
Pull the tail off, I salted mine, and suck the meat out. And yeah, crush the head as you suck to get some tasty juices out of the body
