Well thankfully blast-off went smoothly and we all made it safely to the river, or at least as far as I know. <br /><br />Hart and I started off running North and fished 18-22ft with plastics and jigs. Night started off SLOW for us. Mad we ran so far upriver to whiff, but that&#39;s just part of it. Hindsight is always 20/20...<br /><br />Worked our way back down slowly hitting several spots with an array of baits, with little to show for it. Caught one keeper by midnight and put the boat on the trailer. I had already been planning to leave at 3:30 to go scout a new farm in Kentucky, so with the slow fishing and me needing a couple Zs, we headed home. <br /><br />Congrats to all the winners. Hope to see all y&#39;all at the next one.<br /><br /><br /><br />Oh and by the way, KY trip was a success emoBig
