Scofield is dead - DWR please do something!!

Well, they have been in Scofield as long as I have been able to fish. We caught them when I was 12. So that's 36 years at least. And the article you referenced doesn't say where or who has distributed them elsewhere. Could this be another case of our beloved DWR transporting them to other waters? Like, well, the Pike in Utah lake?
And why does the map show them in Starvation?
