Well we are amatures in the bass world. In fact this summer is the 1st year we have focused on something other than trout and rivers. So I must say the bass population is quite healthy up there. The DWR set those limits with the thought that guys like us may take out 6 bass in a day. If it were really as fragile as you think it is then the limits would be different.
So go ahead and release you bass cuz I want more to eat! You are obviously in the 96% of bass anglers that release and we are in the 4% of bass anglers that don't release. I am sure that is something we can all agree on. I think we have dam near heard from 100% of the bass fisherman now and I am getting bored of the topic these days so talk amongst yourselves.
