Hyrum trout?

Was there last wendsday and saw two loads of trout get dumped in. At the ramp I notice a ton of trout all around. Looked like all sizes of them too, mostly 10"er's though. In years past we have got into them around the ramp after they get dropped off they'll hang right there for a while.
