If you don't want to get messed with don't have drugs in your vehicle it's a pretty simple concept. Just like drinking and driving, you will go to jail every time. I love when people cry about getting arrested when they've been breaking the law. It is too bad that they can take it to extremes but if you don't give them a reason then you should be fine. And this by the way is coming from someone that has been in your shoes more than once and I deserved every bit of it because I was being a dumbass.
