Birch Creek Resivoir questions?

We drove up there to hunt rabbits in Feb last year, and the roads from Evanston on up to Woodruff, Randolph, and Laketown were open as far as you wanted to go,
BUT, we passed the Hwy 39 turn and it had a gate and 15" of unplowed snow on it... so go early in the season, I guess... [signature] |
