We did drifts all day from the gap thru the "cut" (Sand Island) to the "highway" (near government & 33 hole).

Good plan! Thought about going out there and sending shad deep but just could'nt leave the wash with so many small stripers about that wanted to hit the ice chest. My pard wants to fill his freezer.
