I think it would be the BOMB if I could by a license for up to 3 years and just let you use a second pole on specific waters or at best put an icon on the license ! The system always is able to find me when they want more money for permits . So why can't they send me a e-mail before my license is going to expire ! In credit card size !!! It would save the DWR money.
