There are places to stay in Loa for 30 to 40 dollars. I like to stay down in Richfield at the Hampton in. Hot tub, wingers, and clean rooms. Only 45 minutes from the lake. I like to fish the east side the slush is starting to get deep so it is making it tough for the 4 wheelers to get ovet there. Anywhere you go on the lake it is best to find the moss line. Fish just off the moss line in 25-28 feet of water. There is a plowed parking lot and easy access at Mackinaw point. I like to jig. I have been using the gizzy bugs and the new gizillas. The colors i use are pink orange and white was working the best up there. You can pick them up at the ace hardware in Richfield if you need some. Let us know how you do. Good luck have fun.
