There is no easy way that is for sure. If the dams were to be removed it would pollute the heck out of the rivers for many years after with silt and other sediment built up. If we leave the dams there is a huge wall in the fishes way. The bass shouldn't be to much of a hurdle for a fish such as a salmon but if that is the case totally removing all of the bass crappie and other pan fish from the snake would cost allot as well.
