First of all welcome to BFT! I used to fish SFCR all the time when I lived in the Magic Valley. I never did target Koke's so I can't help there. We mostly fished for trout and some walleye as well. Never got into any huge walleye but I know some guys that have done pretty well with fish in the 6-9# range. The road to get to the dam is paved, there are several places to put in though. To get to the dam just turn off in Rogerson and follow the signs, it's only about 6-8 miles from there if memory serves me correctly. That's just the only place we ever put in at. Good luck!
