This reminds me of those police brutality and police evidence videos Lots of controversy there. Some groups want those dash cameras to go away. Other groups want the footage to more readily available.
And you make a very good point
Should one have the right to video tape or photograph other person in a public setting
vs
Denying the individual freedom to express one creativity.
On one side you have the First amendment - freedom of speech on the other the right of personal privacy.
Unless the actual photo is criminal in some sort. I don't think another person should be charged with a crime for it. Yes at your request the person video taping should stop recording for the fact you verbally stated you did not want to be taped. But if Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt cant stop it then .....
