I meant no dis on the fish -status, or the picture choice. Just suggestions, and feedback I've gotten from others on the forum. Hope that came across ok.

Bottom line - it's a choice, and within legal rights - no one should have a beef, and those that do - well - feed 'em to the kitties I say! But honestly - alot of folks have good intentions, but 'suggestions' don't always come across the E-world the same....

As said - feel proud of your catch, your post is appreciated, and enjoyed. Look forward to more. That's three times the trout I've ever seen on a line. Maybe in another 20 years I'll figure out a pattern! I think that's really cool that your dad would step in and mount that for you.

I've had friends say it, I'll second - I'd rather get my boy onto a big fish and watch him grin than land one myself. I've been seeking Walleye, and got him into the first for us - great moment for me. Braggn rights for him, I'm likely to never live down. And - don't mind a bit!!!
