I too have noticed a few things. Birds that generally come through Utah in October came through in early September, Squirrels gathering up acorns & pine cones earlier than nornal. Humming birds are gone earlier also. But then the gloom & doom of the weather forcaster came along. They are telling us in Utah that it will be a warmer than normal winter and below average to average snow fall/water for the nest 6 months. I sure hope they are wrong 5 years of drought is enough we need 150% to 200% of our normal water to just catch up. This report came out a couple weeks ago.
