I haven't heard anything for Michigan, yet, but the National weather service came out with the next 6 months projections for Utah a couple weeks ago. They said warmer than average and drier to normal moisture. That sucks with 5 years of drought behind us we need some water, bad! We got lakes drying up, lower than ever water levels in some lakes its getting ugly!
This is what I found for your area, like what it says?

The first half of November, and the months of February and March, will be milder, with temperatures a bit above normal.
