Here is my suggestion for you guys

Pro-am format

Entry fee for the boaters (PRO'S) 100% payback

Amatuers (Non Boaters -college team) NO ENTRY FEE fish for your team spots and use what you might have payed in entry fees to pay some of the expenses for the boaters.
That is a format that might bring you some interest from the Bass fisherman in the area.
