I think that once wipers get going in waters such as Minersville, Otter Creek, and Piute there will be potential to grow some really big fish--like in Colorado. I also think that Newcastle is a real sleeper...it/they could very well put out some hogs in the next few years and potentially put pressure on Willard for that state record fish!
