[#0000ff]About the main reason I use the line and fish arrows are to recover the arrow...not the carp. I love to shoot them with regular arrows and target tips but unless you are shooting them in shallow water and an open field you risk having them run off with your "tags". Whenever I am shooting without line attachments I take a long handled net clipped to my back to help scoop those thieving rascals. Almost impossible to chase them down and catch them otherwise. And if they just swim out into the open lake, the only option is to follow them. Water is still a bit cold for that.[/#0000ff]
