Al's has em too, and Smith and Eddie's - depending on where you're at. They seem to run about $15 each. Wouldn't mind finding a cheaper option, but at least the arrow should be re-usable that way. Though....

Seem to be getting a lot of line twist in my reel - it's a Zebco 808. Might be I just have to lose some line after a time, and get to fresh spool?

I think unless you get a clean heat-shot, they're not likely to show much in the way of ill-effects from most blows. Purdy hardy beasts from all I've seen.
Cracks me up when they are suction sucking the shore. Look forward to finding one halfway out of the water, and sticking him good!

Anyone know what inspires or motivates those bugelmouths to leap the way they do? Seems like it'd take a lot of energy to heave those fat bodies into the air. Always seems to come in pair or trios of jumps too.
