Thanks, yup thats how i do it and i also switch and run some on the belly of the fly instead of the back. The chenille is a medium but large works great if you have it. These are big flys tied on a 4x long shank and a number 4 hook. I will have to try one of those and see how it works.
I hope some of them work for you I know the blood red and pink purple chartreuse is my favorite so far, they always seem catch fish.
No problem at all both videos were kinda fun to make and those fish were in a big hurry lol
