I would suggest trying a an olive body with burnt orange grizzly hackle, and a burnt orange tail - a combination like that found on the most popular version of Denny Rickard's Seal Bugger. Tying instructions for the Seal Bugger are available online, you might want to try tying it and testing against your best Woolly buggers, I am a huge believer in the Seal Bugger. Use SimiSeal dubbing or something like it as a seal fur substitute (Angora goat mixed with fine-cut flash is a great way to make your own SimiSeal.) My $0.02.
