Why is it trout or warm water fishing???

Excuse me, did you just list pineview as part of your rant? Pineview is only managed as a warm water fishery as far as I know. Perch? I caught many, many healthy perch there this year and bass, Have you seen the smallmouth and largemouth that have been caught in there this year??? I have personally seen two 21" SMB plus at least a dozen 18 inchers caught there in the last week and a half. So I respecfully disagree.
