Me and Rooster started the day off working topwaters and flukes. After maybe 10 mins. Rooster put keeper #1 in the boat. About 5 mins. later I added keeper #2. After going through maybe 5 short fish Rooster got keeper #3 which was a small spot. After the topwater bite died we moved out on the river ledges with no luck. With about 2 hours to go we moved back shallow and managed to cull the spot. Not a terrible day for us catching probably 12 to 15 fish but just never caught any good ones. Ended up with 6.90. This was my 1st cff of the year because of work but it was good seeing everyone and hope to make a couple more in the next few months.
